Goal Setting Journal
Imagine that it’s 12 months from now and you wish to write a biography about yourself. How have you grown as a person? What business or career milestones have you achieved? Have you overcome any limiting beliefs? Are you more present in your day-to-day life? How have you changed for the better mentally and emotionally? Have you adopted new habits?
I have crossed paths with clients and members of my community
1. who have vague goals
2. who don’t know what goals to set but still want their lives to be rich and fulfilling
3. who are not motivated to set goals but are not 100% happy with their lives
This is common with those who have a relatively smooth-sailing life. They may feel no urgency to set goals because their lives are ‘alright’ just the way it is.
Some of them feel empty and still yearn for some sort of achievement. If this is you, you can crystallize your subconscious goals onto paper with THIS journaling method.
This journaling method will help you to set clear goals from the subconscious mind and also help you with the following:
✔️creatively break down big goals into small, day-to-day steps and reduce overwhelm
✔️uncover your subconscious goals + have more clarity about your ideal life
✔️start visualizing + kickstart your goal journaling process
✔️nip limiting beliefs in the bud so you can pursue goals with laser-focus
✔️learn how to stay on track with your goals
This method can get you started on visualizing the person YOU want to be now and even 12 months from today.
It's best if you can write two (short) biographies. One is a business + career biography. The other is a personal growth biography. This ensures work-life balance and that you have goals for both your personal growth and career growth.
